Programs

What we do, in practice.

Four simple programs, all free, all practical. We are a young initiative, so programs grow as more people join in — the surest way to hear when something is happening near you is the newsletter at the bottom of this page.

Home & time

Home & time organisation workshops

Small, hands-on sessions about the practical side of running a home and a week: sorting the spaces that have got away from you, setting up simple routines that survive a busy month, and planning time you will actually keep. There is nothing to buy and no method to subscribe to — just plain approaches that work, shared openly.

Work & rest

Work–life balance sessions

Honest group conversations about where work ends and the rest of life begins. People swap what genuinely helps — shutting the laptop at a real finishing time, protecting one evening a week, keeping errands from swallowing the whole weekend — and everyone leaves with one small change to try. Practical peer exchange, not lectures.

People & places

Community get-togethers

Informal, local, and open to everyone: shared tables, skill swaps, tool-lending, and the kind of unhurried conversation that turns a street into a neighbourhood. Nothing to prepare and nothing to perform — come as you are, leave when you like, bring a neighbour if you have one.

Free resources

The free resource library

We collect the practical one-pagers we wish every household had: checklists, weekly planning templates, and plain-language guides to organising a home and a schedule. Everything we make is free to use and free to pass along. Email hello@lifequalityproject.org and we will gladly share what we have — new resources are announced in the newsletter first.

Want one of these near you?

Programs happen where someone offers a room and a few neighbours show up. Volunteer an hour, offer a space, or just raise your hand.
